Terms of Service

Dish Cycle (dishcycle.com) is a meal planning and shopping list app run by Luan To. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

You may use it for your own household's planning. You are responsible for what you do with your account.

You sign in with your email address. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read your sign-in emails can sign in as you.

A household is shared by its members. The household owner can invite and remove members. What you put in a household can be seen by its members.

The meals, recipes, lists, notes and messages you add are yours. You give Dish Cycle permission to store and show them to your household and to run the app for you.

Do not add anything unlawful, harmful, or that belongs to someone else without permission.

• Break the law, or try to get into accounts, households or data that are not yours.
• Try to disrupt, overload or damage the service.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.
• Use the service to send spam or abuse.

If the household owner connects Google Calendar, Dish Cycle creates, updates and deletes events for planned meals in the calendar they choose. They can disconnect at any time. How Google data is used is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Keep in mind that events in a shared calendar are visible to everyone who can see that calendar.

Dish Cycle is provided as is and as available. It may have mistakes or be unavailable at times, and features may change. Do not rely on it for anything where a mistake would cause serious harm, such as managing an allergy or medical diet. Always check ingredients and instructions yourself.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dish Cycle and its owner are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using Dish Cycle at any time, and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing us. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or harm the service.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. Using Dish Cycle after a change means you accept it.
